Hi there!
I’d love to tell you a little about myself and where you’ve just landed !
Now deeply passionate about practices that bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony, my journey into holistic health first began with my own healing.
During my early teenage years, I lost the fundamental connection to myself and to my body. I struggled with a destructive and deeply misaligned relationship with food and nourishment. Instead of allowing myself to be nurtured, I turned to punishment, isolation, and endless comparison. I no longer honored who I was or the body that carried me through life.
Sadly, this is a reality many young people experience today. In a world that constantly tells us we are not enough, disordered eating and negative body image have become far more common than they should be.
After years of navigating darkness and self-hatred, I made a conscious decision to turn toward healing.
Step by step, I began reconnecting with myself.
Nature became one of my greatest teachers.
Movement transformed from something driven by obligation and punishment into a joyful & playful way of reconnecting with my body.
Food became medicine—a source of nourishment, vitality, and self-love, rather than a way to escape uncomfortable emotions or fill an inner emptiness.
Yoga and spirituality helped me cultivate trust, reconnect with my intuition, and discover a deeper truth beyond what is visible to the eye.
Breathwork taught me how powerful something as simple as the breath can be—guiding me back to my center, calming my nervous system, and reminding me that everything I need already exists within me.
For the past four years, I have been studying a sacred plant medicine alongside the traditions of Indigenous tribes, deepening my understanding of self-discovery, spiritual growth, and energetic cleansing with profound respect for these ancient lineages and the wisdom they have preserved for generations.
My personal experiences inspired me to deepen my knowledge through professional studies.
In April 2023, I graduated from the Academy of Healing Nutrition with a specialization in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and holistic health.
At the beginning of 2025, I became a student at the School of Ayurveda Suisse in Bern, where I continue to deepen my understanding of the Ayurvedic approach to nutrition, health, and well-being. Alongside my studies, I am also training in Ayurvedic massage, with a focus on the traditional Abhyanga sequence.
Learning is a lifelong journey, and I remain deeply committed to expanding my understanding of the nourishing power of food, mindful living, bodywork, and ancient wisdom traditions.
I don't believe that growth means becoming perfect. I still have difficult days and moments when I slip back into old patterns. Over time, however, I have learned that these experiences are not something to fear or avoid. Instead, they invite me to pause, reflect, and gently reconnect with myself.
Rather than trying to control every challenge, I choose to trust the process and allow myself to move through life's storms with greater awareness and self-compassion. Each experience offers an opportunity to learn, evolve, and begin again.
Life is ever-changing—constantly unfolding through cycles of growth, rest, endings, and renewal, just like Mother Nature. I've come to embrace these rhythms, knowing that there is beauty in living authentically, imperfectly, and with an open heart.
My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and gently guided back to yourself.
Whether we meet through a massage, a one-to-one coaching session, or simply by sharing this path of healing together, I would be honored to go on this journey together.
With love and gratitude,
Giulia
